SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Essential Edge LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Below you will find all the details about order processing, shipping methods, delivery timeframes, tracking, customs duties, and related topics. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.


1. Processing Time

Order Verification & Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packing. • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with Zendrop‑vetted fulfillment centers located in the United States and overseas. The warehouse that fulfills your order depends on stock availability and destination.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak‑season volume.

3. Shipping Fees

United States: FREE standard shipping on orders $50 USD or more. Orders under $50 incur a flat rate of $4.95. • International: Shipping cost is based on weight & destination, calculated at checkout. Orders $100 USD+ qualify for free standard shipping to Canada, UK, EU, and Australia.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system. • You can also log in to your account or use our Order Tracking page to view real‑time status.

5. Split Shipments

For faster delivery, we may ship items in your order separately from different warehouses at no additional cost. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@essentialedge.com; we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, or carrier disruptions. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address and look for an attempted delivery notice.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier confirms loss or theft, contact us at support@essentialedge.com—each case will be reviewed individually.
